  Absolutely horrible store. They occasionally get lucky and hire some knowledgeable and helpful staff, but the owners are terrible. The puppies are not properly cared for and are often sick. In one case, I was aware of a puppy who had parvo (a very serious viral infection that often kills dogs), and rather than getting it the treatment it needed at a vet, they opted to have their irresponsible manager take it home and care for it at his house overnight. The vet that they contract with to take care of their dogs is also either unknowledgeable or ignores obvious issues because they don't want to lose the contract with the store. Please, do not get a puppy here. Go to a responsible breeder, or even better, adopt.

  I was so disappointed when I walked into this shop. The staff does not pay attention to the puppies or the costumers while the are looking at the puppies. A little boy picked a puppy up and tossed it twice while in the little gate area. The father NOR the worker did not a thing. Poor puppy was so scared after that. The puppies are locked up in small holding boxes with paper. They are walking and playing in poop and pee. Some you could tell were hot. The prices were incredible high as well. Terrible place. I will never return again. I would give a zero if I could.
