  BEWARE. Worst most upsetting, painful, experience. Dr Ting had his attention on his staff he was training rather than my poor senior beautiful boy that we brought in convulsing, shaking, falling. He did not fully take the time to explain the choices, options and consequences. We were left in a room for over 25 minutes, I finally went to find my pup, had to call out in the back my baby was left laying on the cold, hard concrete floor shaking and alone while Dr. Ting was giving a class, lecture to his young students, his attention on them rather than my pup, Instead of giving the loving, compasionate, medical care in an emergency, my poor pup was left, and without us. I was so distraught and upset, I could not process all and did not ask the questions that I planned on for choices, options and consequences of the critical decision we had to make. And now it is too late and we have a huge hole in our hearts and a scar that is so deep,SHAME ON DR TING

  BEWARE!!I found my 14 yr old precious dog laying on the cold concrete floor while the Dr. and 5 staff members, a few looked like H.S. age were standing around talking. Standing and talking while my pup laid on the floor suffering, without us. We brought him in because he was convulsing, disoriented, shaking. We were left in a room for 20 minutes, possibly putting him down, I got up and searched for him.Then I saw through a door window, I banged on the door window and told them I want my dog, the assistant became very rude. The absolute worst nightmare experience of my life. I am still shaking. Was he using my dog as a teaching lesson???? My family is so shaken and so sick, terrible, should not have happened, how can you say you care for animals and let one suffer. 1 too many.

  Thanks so much to Dr. Peacock and the staff who were there yesterday morning. I brought in my dog for emergency care because my regular veterinarian was overbooked and couldn't take another emergency case. The situation escalated very quickly and we had to put her down ASAP. The doctor and staff were very caring and compassionate, and they took the time to clearly explain everything to me as the situation was unfolding so rapidly. I can't say thank you enough.
