- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unprofessional! Bad billing and insurance practices. Accepts your insurance to get you in the door and then no longer accepts it (with no notification) and you're stuck with the bill. Doesn't process billing/insurance on a timely basis such as 1 to 2 years later. Won't provide a copy of your bill. I only receive a partial bill even after requesting a copy in writing as requested.July 03, 2017by A Google User
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr. Dixon is great, office staff is genuinely the worst I've ever dealt with. I think it's just the one lady. But she has failed to send prescriptions through twice. Won't answer the phone or return calls so the pharmacy can't get ahold of them to fix the issue. It's impossible to call and make an appointment for the same reasons.January 16, 2017by Eric Socks
