- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This review is of the practice, not the doctor. I didn't even get a chance to see her. I emailed them via their website last week requesting an appt ASAP as I am high-risk and experiencing concerning symptoms. Finally the following Tuesday called as I had not received a reply. I was told they are not accepting any more patients with my insurance, even though they were recommended by HPN. I just wish their office would have replied or called me sooner rather than me having to call them to find that out. As a high-risk patient and having stated that I need to be seen ASAP, the least they could've done was give me the courtesy of a call within 24 hrs to let me know I'd have to go elsewhere. Now I've waited several days during which I could've been seen by another practitioner. After reading all the awful reviews of their office staff and practices, I'm not really surprised.January 01, 2017by L
