- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My cat is tiny, very shy, and usually afraid of people. Not so with Dr. Thompson and staff at VCA Feline Medical Center. Dr. Thompson handled her slowly and deliberately, and she really seemed to like him. He took time to explain what was happening with her, why he prescribed what he did, and what steps we would take to clear up her problems. He ran tests and called to explain the results. This clinic isn't cheap, but you are paying for experience, compassion, and state-of-the art care for your cat. Emphasis seems to be on prevention, which I like. Everyone, from the office personnel to vet techs to veterinarians seem to love their jobs and go out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable.April 07, 2017by Karen Daw
