  Slowest facility I've ever had the displeasure of waiting in. My last 3 visits as well as my husband's last 2 visits have had us waiting for OVER an hour.. sitting in an exam room right this moment. It is 4:35. My appointment was at 3:45. Here we go for the 4th one in a row taking over an hour. It's a shame because I really like the staff. Off to find a new provider. They should have to refund copays if it exceeds 15 minutes.

  We are checking out this clinic for establishment since our doctor moved out of state. My first impression is the office staff is not well trained in customer service or they just don't care. There is no "be with you in a moment, hello how are you", nothing like that. I stood at the window for about 7 minutes before someone finally acknowledged me and there were 5 people in the office space! I was there yesterday and a woman signed in after me, the front office person called her name and said its a 15 dollar co pay, very cold and robotic. The patient initiated the courtesy conversation of hello how are you today?! I'm not used to this kind of front office staff, my last doctors office was very personable and we were greeted immediately, if even just to say "hello, I will be with you in a moment." I really do like Dr. Miyazaki and will continue with the impersonal treatment of the front office staff to see him. I really miss my previous doctor and her staff though!

  This office is horrible! The doctor is great the staff is not! They never refill medication on time my husband has waited for weeks!and it's a revolving door and the staff are rude and lacking in the smart department!
