- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I can tell the people in charge of funds here spend it very intelligently. This place seems very well-run, greatly set up, and functioning perfectly! It was so nice to see all of the cats and dogs of all sizes and ages, ALTHOUGH pugs and kittens aren't too popular. 4 stars because litter boxes are not clean for the most part.March 14, 2017by Henry Stone
