- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪First time very rude receptionist. Second time incessant questioning over the written medical history. There was little to speak of anyway, no known problems. But, it was questioned again and again, and still again! Finally I spoke up that I was losing confidence (in their ability) and that started a storm of unprofessionalism, demeaning rhetoric, and hostility. When I asked for the office manager, apparently the owner of the practice was sitting right there, did not identify herself, but rather "dismissed" me from the practice and then they were ugly about returning my money, which was not in full.
