  I really liked the Nurse Practitioner that met with me. He was very competent. So was Abby, who I believe was one of the nurses on staff who was sure to call me when my results came back as well as made sure the necessary information was forwarded to my insurance company. However. Aside from those two people my over all experience was not good at all. I was admittedly running a few minutes behind, and I called to let the office know. The woman who answered the phone said that would be okay. Once I got there, I was greeted with a VERY rude woman who told me "well, I thought you were going to be here earlier so...I don't know if we have time for you." She rolled her eyes and went to speak with the doctor. She was NOT helpful, or welcoming. Then the nurse who took me back to a waiting room to take measurements, was rushing through everything. She did not weigh me correctly nor accurately measure my height. The room she took me in had another nurse in it who was EATING HER BREAKFAST while I was being examined. The nurse who was taking my measurements also went and ate some of her friends breakfast while examining me. Slightly disgusting. Moral of the story, I like some of the staff and the doctors, but I am not sure I will be back.

  Dr. Pasternak is kind, caring, and has the healing touch. He has been very helpful whenever I go in and there is little wait. He is the best primary care physician I have had.
