- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dishonest and disrespectful is how I would describe Cheryl Latham. She forgot to include Rental Car Coverage on our policy; simple mistake, simple fix, it happens. But instead of owning up to her mistake she called my wife and I liars, did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation she created and never apologized for her mistake.
