  Dr. Ali, Ashley McCoy, Cassie Wellock, Jennifer Leary, and the whole staff are wonderful. They have taken very good care of me. Dr. Ali schedules very far out but the NP's and PA's are highly available, competent, and friendly. Bedside manner means so much in healthcare. I highly recommend this practice!

  I have tried three times to contact Cassie it seems you can not get past the reception desk. All I need is a lab order so that I can have labs done before my appointment that seems impossible to get. I drive 170 miles each way and don't like to make three trips just to check my blood sugar.

  The office staff have no phone etiquette. There is also zero sense of care and/or urgency for medical situations and help. Getting appointments are a joke to see the MD let alone have questions answered inbetween the very long wait times to get in to anyone. I know there isn't much in Reno/Sparks but don't bother with this office. Rule it out now.

  Dr. Ali is nothing but courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. For a new patient appointment, I was prepared to have a long wait. I waited less than 15 minutes. His office staff is kind and very helpful. Dr. Ali spent over 20 minutes with me discussing my health and any medical concerns I may have. I feel very confident in his care and am very happy to be his patient.
