  Awful, awful experience. We had all of our cars, boat, rv, home, rentals and business insurance with this office.....not by choice, the agent we were with moved to a different company and we were thrown to Isabel's office. The day we were moved, the problems started. Policies got cancelled because of their mistakes, we had no insurance on my car, my wife's car, our boat. DMV started sending us lapse notifications. Every time I personally spoke to Isabel I was promised that she would take care of everything, just to get a late payment or cancelation notice by the following week (keep in mind we were on auto pay). My wife kept having to pay late fees on her business insurance, and every time she called she got a different excuse from the staff and Isabel. We have since moved all of our policies to a different company, cancelled business insurance a few weeks back and we keep getting mail saying that we are late and that our policy will cancel due to lack of payment. Will never recommend or refer anybody to this office. Horrible costumer service.
