  BEWARE!!!!! I will NEVER go back to South Meadows Dental & Orthodontics! They are crooks plain and simple. I made an appointment to have two teeth filled Monday April 17, 2017. One on the upper left and one in the front. They ended up filling three teeth ( two teeth i did not authorize) on the upper left and didn't even fix the one in the front! ( I really needed the one in front fixed because it is embarrassing. Whole reason I made the appointment) When I asked about why they didn't fill the one in front, " Oh, we'll get that one next time". Like it's no big deal I have to come back and spend more money. I ended up being charge almost $1000 for fillings I didn't even want filled! When I called to confront the situation I was told Dr. Struby did what he did because HE felt like it was more important... Really? I DID NOT AUTHORIZE IT THOUGH! The office manager then proceeds to tell me I should have asked more questions.. She also told me that they gave me a print out of all the "work" I needed done along with estimated cost/charges for the procedures at my consultation. Well my consultation was 2 1/2 years ago! So I'm suppose to remember everything on that paper?? Then she had the nerve to say, " I guess we're just going to have to agree to disagree". Lol. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! I have NEVER been more uncomfortable or humiliated in my life.. These people have ZERO work ethics.
