Staff is attentive to instructions and I appreciate their dilligence in regards to health records and animal behavior. Very professional/friendly staff. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I just had an aweful experience at another place in Fremont, CA. I live in Newark, near this place. I just want to say, I WISH, there was a place like Pet Play House near me. We traveled to Reno with our dog. We left him at Pet Play House for 2 nights. Such an awesome place. Very clean and great staff. We peeked through the window, when we went to pick up, he was running around and so happy. We made reservations again for when we visit in August. LOVE this place.December 05, 2016by Denise Rusher
