- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very poor customer service. The office staff (as directed by the doctors, presumably) is far more interested in making sure you can pay rather than caring for patients. I called, fully insured, for a simple second opinion, and was refused. There are several ENT's in town, and this one should be avoided.November 14, 2017by A Google User

He kept me from having to go back under anesthesia by staying and controlling the bleeding for an unusual amount of time according to the nurses.
