  It's like pulling teeth to get any repairs done. They have your part on order, and they will call. A teck will be by to get which parts that needed ordered, they call but don't come by. The office staff not once has called back in over 3 months. I will die without my chair. And I get this kind of service??????? They need to get some people who have similar handicaps in the office staff that will treat us like we are human.

  They started out ok but their recent handling of a DME equipment problem has sucked. Instead of express shipping of a broken wheel for a lift we use, they decided it wasn't necessary to consider the imposition or medical needs of my husband above the costs or time involved in getting this necessary piece of equipment fixed ASAP. And the lift they provided for us to use in the interim sucks, it puts him in medical danger and will not lift him out of the chair or bed without major adjustments on our end as well as when the wheels turn with any weight in the sling,. they hit the frame rails and it will not move without getting down on your hands and knees to try to get it unstuck, goes about an inch before you have to unstick it all over again. A real danger to him and the care givers. And it ruined our sling and I have had to buy another one as the slings they provide literally suck. (I have filed complaints with them (which they have not responded to, Medicare, and my insurance company.)
